Mark Zipse of Zipse Elkins & Mitchell in Portland, Oregon, will speak on "Defending Cases with Limited Discovery." Mr. Zipse has been litigating cases in Oregon for many years with very limited discovery, and his observations will be valuable for those adjusting to the new Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
