Join the UDLA for its 2nd annual Young Lawyer CLE where it will focus on Professionalism in Discovery. Specifically, the practical effects of the rules of civility, and professionalism and how they interrelate with discovery obligations under the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. Judge Heather Brereton, Jenifer Tomchak of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, and Heather Thuet of Christensen Jensen will be guest speakers. 1 CLE of Professionalism and 1 CLE of Ethics pending approval by the Bar.

$15 for UDLA Members and law students and $30 for Non-Members.
